Live setback violation detection & faster overlays

This release sharpens the floor-plan workflow with live violation detection and a rendering pass that keeps big parcels responsive.

Live violation detection

As you drag, rotate, or scale a footprint, SiteFacts now evaluates it against the parcel in real time. A red badge appears at the bottom of the map the moment the placement:

  • extends beyond the property boundary,
  • crosses an active setback line,
  • sits less than 5 ft from an existing structure, or
  • overlaps water when the NWI Wetlands overlay is on.

No more placing a plan and only discovering the problem later — feedback is immediate.

Faster overlays

Overlay rendering was reworked so large parcels and dense layers (contours, hillshade, flood zones) draw noticeably faster. Panning and zooming stay smooth while you compare sites.
