Workspaces & Teams
SiteFacts is multi-tenant — your parcels, floor plans, customers, and reports live inside a workspace your team shares.
How workspaces work
SiteFacts is multi-tenant. Everything you create — parcels, floor plans, customers, properties, and reports — belongs to a workspace. When you first sign up, you provide a company / workspace name and your role, and a personal workspace is created for you automatically.
Your active workspace is remembered in the browser. If you belong to more than one team, switch between them with the workspace switcher in the sidebar.
Roles
Members hold one of three roles, plus an optional billing flag:
- Owner — full control of the workspace.
- Admin — manages members, invites, and properties.
- Member — day-to-day access to the workspace’s data.
- Billing admin — an additional flag for managing billing.
Inviting teammates
Workspace admins manage the team from the Team page.
Open the Team page
Review active members, pending invitations, and seat usage in one place.
Send an invite
Use Send Invite to add a teammate by email and assign a role. The invite is delivered as an emailed link.
Manage members
Change a member’s role or remove them at any time. You can also re-send an invite if a link expires.
Invite links are valid for 24 hours. If a link lapses before it’s accepted, just send a fresh one from the Team page.
Customers (CRM)
The Customers section is a lightweight CRM for the people you do work for.
Customer records
Add a customer with name, email, phone, and notes.
Linked activity
A customer’s detail view shows the properties linked to them and their recent activity.
Properties
Properties (formerly called Quotes) track the parcels your team is working on.
- Each property shows its address, customer, assignee, status, and report badges.
- The Property Detail page has an editable address, customer, and assignee, plus notes, an interactive map, a feasibility checklist, a timeline, and the property’s reports.
- Admins can Reassign a property to a different team member.
This is also where you order a SiteScore or SiteFacts report for the parcel.
Workspace admins vs. platform admins
There are two distinct kinds of administrator:
- Workspace admins manage their own team — members, invites, customers, and properties — from inside the app.
- Platform admins are the SiteFacts team. They work in a separate admin portal that handles the cross-workspace report queue, report research and publishing, and platform oversight. This is internal-facing and not part of the standard app shell.
