Order a researched due-diligence package for a parcel — scored for quick comparison and published by the SiteFacts team.
Report types
SiteFacts offers a few kinds of report, all ordered from a property’s detail page:
SiteScore
A 0–100 buildability score backed by weighted due-diligence factors, with a full breakdown of the categories behind the number.
SiteFacts
A file package of source documents — plat, survey, title, and property reports — assembled for the parcel.
Site Sketch
A PDF of your floor-plan placement on the parcel. Credit-gated and rolling out gradually.
Ordering a report
Open the property and choose a report
From a property’s detail page, click Get SiteScore or Get SiteFacts.
Confirm your credit balance
Ordering a report consumes credits. SiteFacts checks your workspace balance before creating the request.
Submit the request
Submitting creates a report request and hands it to the SiteFacts research team.
Reports are not generated instantly. Each one is researched and published by the SiteFacts team. You don’t self-serve the final document — you order it, and we deliver it.
Status pipeline
Every report moves through a clear set of states:
Submitted → Researching → In Review → Published (or Cancelled).
When a report is published, everyone in the workspace is notified so the whole team sees it at the same time.
What’s inside a SiteScore
A published SiteScore is organized into tabs:
- Overview — the 0–100 gauge plus core property info.
- Buildability — the weighted category breakdown and a 7-item feasibility checklist: zoning, setbacks, lot size, utilities, environment, access, and flood.
- Site Plan — the parcel with any placement, a ruler, and driveway slope.
- Budget — cost context for the build.
- Sources — the data and references behind the report.
A SiteFacts report adds a file gallery of the source documents, and a Timeline shows activity on the request.
SiteScore is a screening signal, not a substitute for professional due diligence. Always confirm with surveys, geotechnical work, and jurisdiction review before committing.
Tracking reports
Reports are tracked per workspace so your team has shared visibility into what’s been ordered and where each request stands. Platform administrators additionally manage a cross-workspace report queue from the admin portal — see Workspaces & Teams for how workspace admins and platform admins differ.
