Elevation contours & hillshade from USGS 3DEP

Terrain just got a lot more legible. This release adds two USGS 3DEP-backed overlays and broadens address search.

Contours & hillshade

Two new layers join the Layers panel:

  • Contour Lines — elevation contours from USGS 3DEP, with an adjustable interval (roughly 2–250 ft; default about 10 ft) so you can match the detail to the site.
  • Hillshade — shaded-relief rendering with an opacity slider to blend it against parcels and imagery.

Both are available on paid plans.

Contour lines and hillshade combined to reveal slope across a parcel.

Geocoding coverage improved for new subdivisions, where freshly platted addresses often lag public datasets. Searches that previously fell back to an approximate location now resolve more reliably.
